Grand Rapids is a city in Kent County on the west coast of Michigan. This city is the second largest in Michigan. Grand Rapids has nearly 200,000 residents. If there were ever a problem with a Realtor, a customer could complain to the licensing department of the state of Michigan as well as the Realtor’s Association. The individual consumer is given more protection because there is another board to report any problems to. However, because of the high standards of Realtors, problems are unlikely.
